The Tax Collection Management Committee provides oversight and guidance on matters related to the collection of real estate taxes within Newtown Township. The Committee reviews and monitors the performance of tax collection agencies, ensures compliance with state and local regulations, and advises the Board of Supervisors on best practices and policy recommendations.
Members of the Committee work to promote transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in the tax collection process, ensuring that funds are properly accounted for and that residents receive clear, timely information.
